the room was large. i appreciated the good pool. the staff looked friendly and helpful.
the young waiters attitude were terrible. the food portions seemed inconsistent. the spa looked tired and is need refurbishment.

The staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay! Josh in the restaurant was very helpful. Annie in the bar offered great dinner options and kept the table engaged. She is a real asset to the hotel. I found the bed very comfortable and the shower was a generous size.
I found that some of the gym equipment felt dated.

Breakfast offered classic buffet fare including sausage, bacon, tomato, beans, hash browns, cereals, fruit, and pastries. The restaurant provided a £25 allowance towards the main menu or a three-course meal from the golf menu, offering varied choices. The service was a bit slow.

The pool and gym were good. The staff was helpful and friendly. I liked that I could open windows for fresh air. The bed was very comfortable for SLEEP.
I thought the food was overpriced. THERE were limited gluten-free options. The chef would not adapt a dish for dietary needs. I had to order a starter and sides instead.

The hotel is close to the golf course. I walked into the nearby village in 20 minutes. The hotel grounds are lovely. Plenty of parking is available.

the reception area had georgia there providing a warm welcome and answering questions about christmas. the christmas lunch included friendly staff making the day special. annie was particularly friendly offering great service. the gym equipment was plentiful and super clean.

alison provided helpful assistance and kim delivered an amazing back massage with aftercare advice. sarah c from housekeeping assisted with room changes and provided necessary information. annie answered our questions regarding bars nearby.
